Apricot Glazed Chicken Wings

Now, who doesn’t like some good chicken wings? Especially Apricot Glazed Chicken Wings? These baked wings are da bomb!

Chicken wings are generally known as Buffalo Wings and originated in the early ’60s in Buffalo, New York (hence the name).

More often than not, chicken wings are made spicy and served with a dipping sauce like Ranch dressing (to cut the heat a bit).

Chicken wings are usually deep-fried to give it a nice crunch but many recipes now call for baking which is a little healthier for you.

You can make these ahead of time by making the apricot glaze and adding the chicken. Cover and refrigerate. Bring wings to room temperature before baking.

Apricot Glazed Chicken Wings

I personally love this chicken wing recipe. The apricot glaze is delicious! The perfect combination of sweet & tart. I also love that I can bake these without having to pull my deep fryer out. I always seem to make a mess when using my deep fryer.
