|4 Cups Chicken Breast|
|1 1/2 Cups Chopped Celery Stalks|
|2 Tbsp Fresh Dill|
|1 Cup Seedless & Chopped Red Grapes|
|1/3 Cup Diced Apples|
|1/3 Cup Cranberries|
|2 Chopped Green Onions|
|1 Tbsp Lemon Juice|
|1 Cup Mayonnaise|
|1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard|
|1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt|
|1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds|
|1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese|
|To Taste Bacon|
|1 Tsp Salt|
|1 Tsp Black Pepper|
The BEST Chicken Salad. Period.
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Serve on your favorite sandwich bread.
I had never heard of putting grapes in a chicken salad, but this has to be the best i have ever tasted. So simple to make and it will last at least two days in the refrigerator. Will definitely make this again.
I love when my hubby makes this for me. It's great on a nice roll or just in a bowl. It's got a nice healthy portion of protein with the chicken and Greek yogurt.
