I will caution you that if you decide to make this recipe, be very careful when melting the chips in the microwave. They can burn quickly if you are not careful.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk, bananas and vanilla.
Pour wet mixtures into the flour mixture bowl and stir until mixed (do not over mix). Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased muffin cups.
Bake for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let muffins cool slightly.
Melt peanut butter chips in microwave, using 20 second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth. Drizzle over cooled muffins.
