|1 Tsp Vanilla Extract|

|1 Tsp Baking Soda|

|1/2 Cup Sour Cream|
A classic Banana Bread
As you can imagine, there aren’t very many different ways to make banana bread. This one uses sour cream instead Greek yogurt or buttermilk. The end result is a fantastic banana bread. If you like banana bread, do yourself a favor and give this recipe a shot!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth.
Fold in the sour cream and bananas.
Spread evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
