Adjust Servings:
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Chopped Yellow Onion
1 Cup Finely Crushed Soda Crackers

Now who doesn’t like a good meatloaf? This Meatloaf recipe is by far a fan favorite!

This Sweet Ketchup Meatloaf came about several years ago when I was at a dinner party and they served a super sweet meatloaf. All I heard was that they had used brown sugar to make it sweet. That was enough to inspire me to come up with my own version of a sweet meatloaf.
 
 

How to Make this Recipe

Done

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 5 x 9 loaf pan.

Press the brown sugar into the bottom of the loaf pan. Spread the ketchup over the brown sugar.

In a mixing bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients thoroughly and add to prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
