- 3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
How to make this Recipe
- Sprinkle the chicken wings with salt and pepper and place them in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger and oil. Pour over the chicken wings.,Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- If the sauce is too thin at this point, pour sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch and continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the sauce back into the slow cooker and toss the wings to coat.
