  • 2 6 oz Salmon Steaks
  • 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Green Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Red Pepper Diced


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Rub the Salmon Steaks with Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and salt. Sprinkle peppers on top.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F.


→ Use a meat thermometer to ensure the inside of the salmon reaches between 140F and 145F.
