Ingredients

  • 6 oz Lo Mein Noodles
  • 12 oz Stir-Fry Vegetables

FOR PEANUT DRESSING

  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 3 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce Low Sodium
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

PREPARE THE NOODLES & VEGGIES

  • In a large pot, cook noodles according to package directions Add the vegetables during the last 3 minutes. Drain water and keep warm.

MAKE THE PEANUT DRESSING

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and sesame until smooth.

BRING IT ALL TOGETHER

  • Place the noodles and vegetable mixture in a serving dish. Pour dressing over noodles and toss until well combined.
