This Buttermilk Banana Bread has a super moist texture and a delicious banana flavor. This one is a keeper banana bread for sure.

2CupsAll Purpose Flour
Preheat Oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar using an electric mixer.
Add eggs and mix well. Add buttermilk, vanilla extract and mashed bananas to the creamed butter mixture.
Add all the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well. Optionally you can fold in chopped nuts at this point.
Pour mixture into greased loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
→ If you don't have Buttermilk on hand, you can use this trick as a substitute: Add one tablespoon of lemon juice to a measuring cup. Add milk and fill to the 1 cup measurement line. Stir the mixture together and let sit for 5 minutes.
