This Jalapeño Tomatillo Salsa served with tortilla chips is perfect for any Mexican themed meal. Easy to make and packed full of flavors!

1TspFresh Lime Juice
1Jalapeño(s)stemmed & seeded
¼CupFresh Cilantrochopped (optional)
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Remove the husks from the tomatillos and place them in the boiling water for 4 minutes or until they soften slightly. Do the same with the peppers. Set aside and let them cool.
In a food processor, puree the tomatillos. Add the Anaheim peppers, jalapeños, onion and garlic. Add lime juice and cilantro (optional).
