I was getting bored of dipping my soft pretzels in mustard (like the Germans do) so I decided to make this delicious Delicious Pimento Cheese Dip.

pimento cheese dip

If you are not familiar with this kind of Dip, it’s a Southern classic that is typically used as an Appetizer.

Perfect for dipping soft pretzels, crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables. Or whatever else you can think of!

In addition to dipping soft pretzels, you can serve this dip with celery sticks, and crackers, or make a pimento grilled cheese.

My wife thinks it would also be great over a baked potato. you can also use it as a topping for your burgers.

I think it would be great to stuff jalapeño peppers with the dip, then bake or grill them for a spicy and cheesy appetizer.
