I was having some friends over for a little get together and the wife suggested I make a bunch of different Appetizers. One of the appetizers I decided to make was these Sweet Chili Turkey Meatballs. Easy to make and ready in 30 minutes! A nice change from all my other Meatball Recipes.
Now while I served these meatballs as an appetizer, you can easily use them for sandwiches, with pasta, rice or whatever else you can think of. The possibilities are endless.

The main ingredient for these delicious meatballs is the sweet chili sauce. I used Frank’s Sweet Chili Sauce but you can use any brand you prefer like Mae Ploy, which is a great alternative. The other thing you need to be mindful of is the fresh ginger. If you make these meatballs exactly as listed on the recipe card, you may want to adjust the amount of ginger as some find the flavor a little too potent.

Recipe Tips
- I recommend spraying the aluminum foil lined baking sheet with some cooking spray to prevent the meatballs from sticking.
