I was trying to figure out what to make with a few ingredients I had left over that I didn’t want to go bad so I made this Cheesy Dill Bread. Super easy to make with Bisquick.

Using Bisquick means there is no need to knead the dough or wait for it to rise. For this bread recipe, you basically dump all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, and then bake in a loaf pan.

What is Dill Weed

Dill weed refers to the green leaves of the dill plant. It’s commonly used as an herb in cooking. Some common uses include fish dishes, sauces & dressings or even added to vegetables like roasted potatoes or carrots.

If you don’t have any Bisquick on hand, you can make your own by combining 1 Cup All Purpose Flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Salt and 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter (or vegetable oil). Since this recipe calls for 3 cups of Bisquick you will need to triple the amount if using the substitute.
