green chili cheese sauce hot dogs

When it comes to Hot Dogs, you can either settle for the classic dog with ketchup, mustard and relish or take it up a notch with this Green Chili Cheese Sauce for Hot Dogs recipe.

For this recipe, you can cook your dogs however you like. Some like to boil them while others like to fry them in a pan. I prefer to cook them on the grill when the weather cooperates.

I love to use green chilies in my dishes whenever I can. They are not super spicy but do add a little kick. Heck I usually keep a dozen or so cans of green chilies at any given time in my pantry. That’s how often I use them.
