This Pork Tenderloin recipe is not only Diabetic but super easy to make in your slow cooker.
I love recipes like this because they are quick and easy to make. A little prep work then a few hours in the slow cooker. See how easy it is? A great recipe for beginners.
💭 Pork Loin vs Tenderloin
A pork loin and pork tenderloin are not the same. A pork tenderloin is a long, narrow and boneless cut of meat with very little fat while a pork loin is wider and flatter, usually has a fat cap and comes either boneless or bone-in.
I've included a special seasoning on the recipe card for the tenderloins but you don't have to use it if you don't want. As a substitute, I recommend you at least use some salt and ground black pepper.
If you don't have any beef broth on hand, you can either make your own with some Better than Bouillon or use some Vegetable Broth.
💭 Disclaimer for Diabetic Recipes
Managing your Diabetes from day to day varies from person to person based on several factors: type of diabetes, age, weight, etc.
As a general rule, your best choice will be foods lower in carbs, saturated fat, trans fat, added sugar and sodium. We recommend consulting with a Registered Dietitian about your specific situation.
💭 Recipe Tip
Make sure you let the pork tenderloins rest after removing them from the slow cooker as this allows the meat to reabsorb its juices. You should be able to slice and serve 10-15 minutes after roasting.

This pork tenderloin is so tender and the spices are exactly as they should be. Not too spicy but very tasty. A keeper in my home.
