One of the beauties of this recipe is that you cook the shrimp in several different ways. The simplest and quickest way is in a skillet but you can also bake them in the oven or grilled them on a BBQ.

If you don’t have any old bay seasoning on hand you can substitute for a little bit of paprika and celery salt or make your own with my homemade old bay seasoning recipe.

If you prefer to cook your shrimp on an outdoor grill simply marinate your shrimp according to the directions on the recipe card and cook on the grill preheated to 350°F. You want may to use skewers to make it a little easier to handle.

You can also bake the shrimp in the oven. Once the shrimp is ready for baking, place the shrimp on a baking sheet and place it in an oven preheated to 350°F. Cook time should be about the same.

When the time comes to warm up your tortillas, you have a few options. You can wrap the tortillas in foil and bake them for 10 minutes at 350°F.

You can also put them in a non-stick pan to heat both sides of the tortilla (this is how I usually do it), heat them over an open flame, or if you must, wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave them for about 30 seconds.

These grilled shrimp tacos are delicious. I love shrimp and these are no exception. Very tasty. The only thing missing on mine was the limes. But I can’t specify how good they were even without the lime.
