Everybody loves a good Hot Dog. Some like their Hot Dogs plain, while others love a ton of toppings. But how about some Spicy Guacamole Hot Dogs?
We all know about the classic condiments like Ketchup, Mustard and Relish. Some add Cheese or Chili to their Hot Dogs. But have you ever put Spicy Guacamole on your Weiner?
When making Hot Dogs, I love to use Hawaiian Hot Dog buns. They add a little touch of sweetness to complement the spiciness of the Guacamole.
🌭 Cooking Hot Dogs
I'm sure most of you don't bother with this but to ensure that your Hot Dog is properly cooked, the internal temperature should be at least 140°F. Easily checked with a digital thermometer.
What I like about this spicy guacamole is that while hot, the mango does offset it quite a bit. Before you start making these dogs for your family you will need to first make my Spicy Sriracha Guacamole.
💭 What is Sriracha Sauce
Sriracha Hot Sauce originated in Thailand. It's typically made with chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. In the United States, Sriracha sauce is manufactured by Huy Fong Foods. It's sometimes called Rooster Sauce because of the rooster logo on the bottle.
If Guacamole on your Hot Dog doesn't sound appealing to you, I recommend you try a more traditional condiment like my Green Pepper Cucumber Relish. If you prefer a little chili on your dogs, I suggest you try my Cincinnati Chili or my Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce.

You will need the following ingredients to make this Spicy Guacamole Hot Dog recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Hot Dogs, Hot Dog Buns, Spicy Sriracha Guacamole and Roma Tomato.

Cook Hot Dogs using preferred method (fried or boiled).
Place a hot dog in each hot dog bun, top with spicy guacamole and optionally garnish with tomato, mango, red onion and cilantro.

- 6 Hot Dog Buns
- Spicy Sriracha Guacamole
- 1 Roma Tomatoes, sliced and cut in half - optional
- Cook Hot Dogs using preferred method (fried or boiled).
