pepper slaw for hot dogs

I’m sure you can appreciate how bored I get eating the same old food. In this case, I was looking for something different to put on our hot dogs than the usual condiments or chili sauce. I like slaw on my pulled chicken and pork sandwiches as well as burgers so I figured why not on a hot dog?

This Pepper Slaw recipe is a great option for the next time you are making hot dogs and looking for something different. Heck this topping is so good I would use it on burgers, pulled pork or chicken sandwiches and just about anything else you can think of.

What is a little unique about this pepper slaw recipe is the types of peppers used. The use of jalapeรฑos might not be that odd, but adding pepperocini as well is what makes this slaw unique in my opinion. And as always with these types of recipes, you can adjust the quantities to your liking.

I’m sure most of you don’t bother with this but to ensure that your Hot Dog is properly cooked, the internal temperature should be at least 140ยฐF. Easily checked with a digital thermometer.
