Kiwis are a great fruit but can be a pain to peel to get to the superb green interior. Personally, I used to struggle back in the day. Until now.

Before you start, you need the make sure your Kiwis are ripe. The easiest way to tell if a Kiwi Fruit is ripe and ready to eat is when you press the outside of the kiwi and it’s slightly soft. If it’s hard your kiwi is not ready to eat.

My wife has mad skills when it comes to removing the skin from a Kiwi Fruit. It’s so quick and easy that I shot a video of her doing it. Practice makes perfect!

- Knife
- Spoon
Instructions
- Cut off each end of the Kiwi Fruit.
- Using a spoon, insert between the skin and the fruit.
- Rotate the Kiwi to separate the skin from the fruit.
