
If you struggle with cutting and coring avocados, this tutorial is for you. This is an important skill to learn if you often make guacamole or any other type of Mexican Food.
While you might think it is a simple task, there is a trick to it. If you follow my technique exactly, you will have no problems at all peeling and seeding your avocados.
It really isn’t that hard to cut an avocado but it helps if you know how they are made and the easiest way to get the skin off and get the pit out. It may seem simple but this tutorial will make it so much easier for you.
Hopefully this short tutorial will help those of you that don’t have much experience working with Avocados.

How to cut an Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
Instructions
- Cut off the small end of the Avocado
- Using a knife, cut the avocado lengthwise.
- Twist the avocado to expose the 2 halves.
- Use the knife to remove the seed.
- Using a spoon, insert between the skin and the fruit.
- Rotate the avocado to separate the skin from the fruit.
