This Spicy Sausage Dip was a hit at the Super Bowl party I was hosting. There’s something about having dips at a Super Bowl party.

I didn’t want to offer up the typical dip to my guests so I came up with this delicious sausage dip. It was ready in about 1 hour and all my guests loved it!

You can serve this dip with sliced baguettes, your favorite crackers, or even tortilla chips. Regardless of how you serve it, everyone will love it! Recipe Tips

Instead of spicy sausage, you can opt for some chorizo or sweet Italian sausage. Alternatively, if youโ€™re looking for a healthier option, you can try Soyrizo, a vegan version of chorizo.

You will need the following ingredients to make this Spicy Sausage Dip recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Spicy Sausage, Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Velveeta Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Green Onions, Worcestershire Sauce, Parsley, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Dried Sage.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF. Lightly grease a square baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the sausage and drain off any excess juices.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and softened cream cheese. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and sage and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Fold in the crumbled sausage, cubed Velveeta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and green onions and mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

  5. Place in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until molten, bubbly and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot with chips or sliced baguette.

  • 1 lb Spicy Sausage, ground or crumbled
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 4 Green Onions, diced
  • ยฝ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • ยฝ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ยฝ Tsp Dried Sage
