This Sriracha Spaghetti Squash with Turkey is a healthy and spicy dish all in one! Once you try this recipe you will make it on a regular basis.
My wife and I love this Sriracha Spaghetti Squash with Turkey recipe. We make this dish at least once a month. We both love Sriracha so this recipe was a no brainer for us.
Like many of the recipes I publish, we prefer ground turkey over ground beef as it is a little leaner, but you could easily substitute for ground beef if that is your preference.
Be careful when using Sriracha. A little goes a long way. The amount of Sriracha listed in this recipe will make this dish pretty hot.
If you want this dish a little more on the mild side, cut the Sriracha down to 1 Tbsp or leave it out completely!
What is Sriracha Sauce
Sriracha Hot Sauce originated in Thailand. It’s typically made with chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. In the United States, Sriracha sauce is manufactured by Huy Fong Foods. It’s sometimes called Rooster Sauce because of the rooster logo on the bottle.
Many people find it a little challenging to cook the squash so if you need a little help figuring out how to cut and cook your spaghetti squash, check out my short tutorial on How to Cook Spaghetti Squash.

I love spaghetti squash so I decided to make this spaghetti squash with turkey. My family loved it. The only difference I did was not add the onions at the end as my family are not fans of onions. This was so delicious. Will surely make it again.
