These Pumpkin Waffles are super easy to make and delicious. The perfect waffle recipe for the Fall with it's pumpkin flavor
One of my favorite things to cook on Sunday mornings is waffles. There are so many ways to make waffles and so many different flavors, but I love me a good Pumpkin Waffle. Especially in the Fall!
These pumpkin waffles are not much more difficult to make than regular waffles, it just has a few extra spices. The rest of the ingredients are the usual ones you would expect when making waffles.
Now while the syrup I included below in the recipe card is optional, I highly recommend it. There is nothing like homemade syrup to go with your homemade waffles.
I assume waffles have been around forever, but it wasn't until I looked it up that I discovered just how long they have been around. Check out this cool article.

You will need the following ingredients to make this Pumpkin Waffle recipe: Pumpkin Puree, Eggs, Unsalted Butter, Milk, Light Brown Sugar, All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Allspice, Apple Cider Vinegar and Maple Syrup.
🥣 How to Make these Amazing Pumpkin Waffles
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, butter, milk. brown sugar and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and mix well.
Pour wet mixture into the flour mixture and stir. Cook waffles according to the waffle maker's directions.
Combine syrup ingredients and pour over waffles.
