Sometimes I get tired of using ketchup for my french fries. I’ve made a few different fry sauces in the past but this Bacon Jalapeño Fry Sauce has become my absolute favorite.

And get this, you only need 4 ingredients. And if you use pre-cooked bacon you can make this dipping sauce recipe for your fries in 5 minutes or less!

Besides using this sauce to dip your french fries in, you can also use it with onion rings, on your burger and even on your favorite sandwich!

Tips

  • Save a bit of time and use pre-cooked bacon for this recipe. You will need about 2 slices of cooked bacon for this recipe

You will need the following ingredients to make this Bacon Jalapeño Fry Sauce recipe. For ingredient amounts please refer to the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.

  • Mayonnaise – try to use a good brand like Hellman’s or Duke’s mayonnaise
  • Ketchup – I personally only use Heinz but you can use whatever brand you want
  • Bacon – cook your own or save time by using pre-cooked bacon. You will need 2 slices
  • Fresh Jalapeño – remember to remove the seeds

How to Make Bacon Jalapeño Fry Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and mix till well combined.
  2. Let the sauce sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. This will allow all the flavors to meld. You can use it immediately, but the longer you let it sit in the refrigerator, the more flavorful it will be.
