Every now and then it's fun to make a simple recipe that only takes minutes to make and is delicious. This is one of those recipes. A handful of ingredients and a couple of minutes with a blender and you have a superb Blue Cheese Herb Spread.
If you love the taste of Blue Cheese as I do, then you will love this spread. While this spread is great on crackers, we also put it on our burgers!
🥜 Nut Allergies
This recipe may contain peanuts or other nuts and seeds as one of its ingredients. Please take the appropriate precautions.
If you want to make it a little easier on yourself, you can buy whipped cream cheese instead of a block of cream cheese. If you are a cream cheese snob like I am, make sure you use Philadelphia brand cream cheese.
Not that other brands aren't good, but I find that the Philadelphia brand has a great taste and never fails in a recipe you add it to.
This spread will keep for about a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I know quite a few people that don't like the taste of Blue Cheese so if you are one of those, check out my Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Spread recipe.
