I made this Boom Boom Dipping Sauce as a dip for the fries we were having with our Turkey Burgers one night. I wanted something that was super quick to make and used ingredients that I had on hand.

💭 Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
You can use whatever brand of Sweet Chili Sauce you have at your disposal but my personal favorite is Mae Ploy. I always have a bottle in the fridge. I love dipping my egg rolls and Deep Fried WonTons in this delicious sweet chili sauce. If you've never heard of Mae Ploy, you can find more information about Mae Ploy on this page.
💭 What does it taste like
You can certainly taste a little of the Sriracha but it's not too spicy. I feel like the sweet chili sauce offsets the heat. The result is a sweet & spicy dipping sauce with a hint of garlic.
For another awesome dipping sauce, I suggest you give my Copycat Wendy’s Ranch Dipping Sauce a try. Awesome with french fries and chicken tenders. For more of my delicious easy to make sauce recipes visit my of Sauce and Condiments Recipes. I am sure you will love them!

🥣 How to Make Boom Boom Dipping Sauce
Super easy. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. If you have a few extra minutes I would suggest letting the sauce sit in the refrigerator for a bit to allow the flavors to blend.
Boom Boom Dipping Sauce
- ¾ Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 2 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, To Taste
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Let the sauce sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. This will allow all the flavors to meld. You can use it immediately, but the longer you let it sit in the refrigerator, the more flavorful it will be.
