I’m always looking for new Rice Recipes to make for my side dishes. I don’t use Brown Rice as often as I should so I made this Brown Rice Pilaf.
This rice recipe is very easy to make in a Dutch oven or large pot and ready in about 1 hour.

If you are not familiar with the term rice pilaf, it basically means the rice is cooked with onions, garlic, spices and sometimes vegetables, before adding the broth.
The rice is usually cooked by simmering all the ingredients in the pot until the rice is cooked through and fluffy.
