This Onion Butter Rice recipe is a keeper in our house. Super easy to make in your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker.
Why settle for boring rice when you can elevate it by adding 3 simple ingredients?
The only ingredient you may not have in your pantry is the Condensed French Onion Soup. Unlike other condensed soups, this one may be a little more difficult to find at your local grocery store.
I’m sure other brands carry it but I know Campbell’s Soup carries it as that is what I used to make this rice recipe.
Tips
- While not necessary, I like to rinse my rice before cooking. I find it makes the rice fluffier.
- If you don’t have any beef broth on hand you can make your own using bouillon cubes or some Better than Bouillon (no affiliation).
