    Cilantro Lime Rice

This Copycat Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice is about as easy as it gets to make. This cilantro lime rice is especially popular at the Chipotle's restaurant chain.

    Cilantro Lime Rice

The first time I had Chipotle's Cilantro Lime Rice was with their Barbacoa Beef. Talk about delicious! I actually liked it so much that I made a copycat version of their Barbacoa.

Ok, enough talking about their Barbacoa, back to talking about this cilantro lime rice. I was making some Apricot Glazed Chicken wings for dinner and was looking for something quick to make and since my garden is overflowing with cilantro, I figured why not?

Needless to say, this dish is very easy to make and great tasting. So in the end, if you are looking for an easy to make side dish, give this one a try. You won't be disappointed.

    ⭐ Copycat Rating

Since the goal of a Copycat Recipe is for it to taste exactly like the original, it's only natural to rate this recipe against the original. This Copycat recipe rates a solid 9 out of 10 in my opinion.

This Copycat Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice is very flavourful and scrumptious. I love cilantro. And the lime just gives it that extra flavour.
