This Classic Tequila Sunrise cocktail is one of my wife's favorite drinks to have during those warm summer months. No argument from me, this is one great cocktail!
Am I the only one that wants to bust out singing Tequila Sunrise from the Eagles when drinking this cocktail? Maybe not their biggest hit but certainly one of their classics in my humble opinion.
I didn't specify what kind of Tequila to use on the recipe card as we all have our favorite brand. Personally I like me some Patron Silver but got ahead and use whatever you like or whatever you got!
Most of us probably already have Tequila and Orange Juice in the house but unless you entertain often, you probably don't have Grenadine Syrup on hand. If you are not in the mood to make a trip to your local liquor store, you can substitute the Grenadine for pomegranate juice or raspberry syrup.
I am not going to preach about drinking responsibility on this food blog as we are all adults but in case you are someone you know who needs a little assistance, check out this website.
