I've posted before that while trying to replicate McDonald's Big Mac Sauce, I came up with my own secret burger sauce. Even though that burger sauce is awesome, I just had to try and copycat McDonald's Big Mac Sauce.
If you believe all the marketing hype out there, I think it's pretty safe to assume that the Big Mac® is probably one of the most popular burgers of all time. Heck the Big Mac® even had its own jingle!
When I was a teenager my little brother used to work at the local McDonald's. I think he loved working there for all the free food. I remember asking him how they made their famous sauce and he said it was delivered to them pre-made. Maybe that is why I decided to try and make my own.

I love hamburgers and this is the best sauce that I have ever had for my hamburger. It is exactly like the sauce for a Big Mac. It was so easy to make as you can see by the ingredients. I will never eat anything else on my hamburgers since I tried this one. A keeper and will make it again.
