I love making this Delicious Burger Sauce. I use it on Turkey Burgers and Beef Burgers. This sauce is so easy to make you can make it just moments before you fry up your burgers.
I always have a jar of dill pickles in the fridge so I usually use dill pickle juice but feel free to use whatever kind of pickle juice you have on hand. Whether it's sweet pickle juice or spicy pickle juice, keep it simple and use what you got!
I like to use minced onion flakes when making this burger sauce to give it a little texture but you can also use a bit of fresh onion or even some onion powder. Again, keep it simple and use whatever you have in your pantry.
The same goes for the garlic. If you don't have any fresh garlic cloves, substitute for some garlic powder. You may have to adjust the amount a bit to get it the way you want but you should be able to make this delicious burger sauce without making a trip to the local grocery store.
I just love making my own condiments and sauces for my burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. It just tastes better when you make it yourself, doesn't it? Kinda like a car seems to drive better after a car wash.
I might like this burger sauce more than my Donkey Sauce. Hard to rank as they are both great on burgers. If you happen to be having french fries with your burger, you might want to make a batch of my French Fry Dipping Sauce. You won't regret it.

I love this burger sauce. I did use the dill pickle juice which made it super tasty. A great diversion from ketchup and mustard. Loved it.
