I love this delicious Sesame Chicken recipe. It reminds me of a dish I used to get from this little Asian restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles many years ago.

For this recipe, you can use chicken breasts or skin-on thighs. Whatever you have at your disposal will work. The cooking method and time will be slightly different depending on what you use. The important thing is to ensure the chicken is fully cooked!

When it comes time to cook the chicken, make sure you throw out the marinade liquid leftover in the bag. Do not use it to baste the chicken as it contains raw chicken juices.

The USDA recommends an internal temperature of 165°F when cooking chicken. I always use a thermometer to check the internal temperature of meats to ensure it is safe to eat.

If this type of marinade is not your thing, I suggest you try my Lime Chicken Marinade recipe. Not sure which one I love more!
