This Grilled Corn on the cob with Tajin is the perfect side dish for your next BBQ. All you need is 20 minutes on the grill.
There are several ways to grill corn on the cob. Some recipes have you leave the husks on but this one has you remove the husks if they aren’t already removed.
With the husks removed, you will need to wrap the seasoned corn on the cob with some heavy-duty aluminum foil. This will not only prevent the corn from burning, but it will also help keep the moisture in.
What is Tajin Seasoning
Tajin Seasoning is a simple seasoning mix consisting of dried and ground red chilies, sea salt and lime juice. Depending on where you live you might not be able to find it at your local grocery store but I am sure you can find it online on Amazon if you want some.
Shopping for Fresh Corn
Here are a couple of tips for picking the perfect corn on the cob:
Ear/Cob: Pick those that feel heavy for their size.
Husks: Pick those with a deep green color.
Silk: Pick those that have dry, golden-brown silk.
