This Lemonade Chicken recipe is one of the easiest recipes to make. Ready in less than 1 hour!
Imagine delicious chicken breasts marinated in a bath of vibrant lemonade concentrate, low sodium soy sauce, and garlic powder.

Recipe Variation
If you prefer your chicken grilled, you can let the chicken breasts marinate in a zip loc freezer bag containing the lemonade marinade.
Tips
The chicken is ready when the internal temperature taken in the largest part of the breast hits 165°F.
Serving Suggestions
Serve it up with a side of baked beans, herbed couscous or a nice green salad. If you decide to grill the chicken instead of baking it in the oven you can serve it with a side of potato salad or macaroni salad.
