This hearty chicken dish is a breeze to make, thanks to the convenience of frozen mixed vegetables. The stuffing gives it a nice crunchy texture.

Ingredient Substitution
Since this is a chicken dish it made sense to me to use Chicken Flavored Stuffing but you can use Turkey Flavored or Herb Stuffing if you prefer.
I decided to use a medley of frozen vegetables for this Casserole Dish but you can use whatever you prefer. Corn, Peas, Carrots whatever your hunger desires.
Gather your Ingredients
You will need the following ingredients to make this Chicken Bake recipe. For ingredient amounts please refer to the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Stuffing Mix – I like to use chicken flavored but use what you have
- Chicken Breasts – skinless and boneless
- Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- Sour Cream – I like to use low-fat sour cream
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables – your choice
How to Make Chicken Bake
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Set aside.
- Prepare the stuffing according to the directions on the package.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
- Add the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the prepared stuffing.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

- 2 Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 10 ¾ oz Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- ⅓ cup Sour Cream
- 16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed & drained
