You will need the following ingredients to make this Pumpkin Sage Polenta recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Water, Polenta, Kosher Salt, Pumpkin Puree, Fresh Sage, Parmesan Cheese and Unsalted Butter.
How to Make Pumpkin Sage Polenta
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the water, polenta and salt. Bring to a boil whisking periodically.
- Lower the heat and let the polenta simmer, stirring constantly. Add the pumpkin puree and fresh sage, and continue stirring for about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese and butter. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.

I just love this Pumpkin Sage Polenta. My family and I love anything pumpkin and this recipe was right on the top of my list. It did not take very long to make and made a great side dish.
