You will need the following ingredients to make this Polenta dish: Water, Polenta, Kosher Salt, Pumpkin Puree, Fresh Sage, Parmesan Cheese and Unsalted Butter.
🥣 How do I make Pumpkin Sage Polenta
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the water, polenta and salt. Bring to a boil whisking periodically.
Lower the heat and let the polenta simmer, stirring constantly. Add the pumpkin puree and fresh sage, and continue stirring for about 15 minutes.
Stir in the parmesan cheese and butter. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
