This Air Fryer Potato Wedges recipe was inspired by none other than Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse. If you’ve never heard of him you really need to check out his website or cookbooks. A great Chef!
When I get bored of French Fries, potato wedges is the next best thing. It’s amazing how many amazing things can be made in an Air Fryer and these potato wedges are perfect for the air fryer.
The seasoning included on the recipe card is from Emeril and totally optional. Feel free to use whatever seasonings you prefer. At a minimum, you should use some salt & pepper.
Skin on or Skin off
Peeling the potatoes is a personal preference. While some people prefer the rustic look and added fiber that comes from leaving the skin on, others may prefer the texture and appearance of peeled potato wedges. Ultimately, it depends on your taste preference and the desired outcome of your air fryer potato wedges!
