This delicious Avocado Aioli goes great on sandwiches or as a veggie dipping sauce. No matter how you decide to eat this aioli you will not be disappointed.
Aioli is a creamy sauce very similar to mayonnaise. The major difference between the two is that Aioli is typically made of garlic, salt, and olive oil while mayonnaise is made from egg yolks and canola oil. While similar in appearance, the flavor profile of each is very different.
This Avocado Aioli tastes just like….. well avocados! Fresh Basil can be pretty pungent at times so you will taste the basil along with the avocado and fresh lemon juice.

You will need the following ingredients to make this Avocado Aioli recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Avocados, Plain Greek Yogurt, Fresh Basil, Minced Garlic, Fresh Lemon Juice, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.
How to Make Avocado Aioli
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until just smooth. If you don’t have a food processor you can also use an immersion blender.
- If you are not going to use the aioli immediately store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
