You will need the following ingredients to make this Avocado Aioli recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Avocados, Plain Greek Yogurt, Fresh Basil, Minced Garlic, Fresh Lemon Juice, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until just smooth. If you don’t have a food processor you can also use an immersion blender.
  2. If you are not going to use the aioli immediately store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
