This delicious Avocado Aioli goes great on sandwiches or as a veggie dipping sauce. No matter how you decide to eat this aioli you will not be disappointed.
Aioli is a creamy sauce very similar to mayonnaise. The major difference between the two is that Aioli is typically made of garlic, salt, and olive oil while mayonnaise is made from egg yolks and canola oil. While similar in appearance, the flavor profile of each is very different.
This Avocado Aioli tastes just like..... well avocados! Fresh Basil can be pretty pungent at times so you will taste the basil along with the avocado and fresh lemon juice.
Picking the right Avocado is key to making this aioli recipe. If the avocado is not ripe enough it will alter the taste of this aioli, and not necessarily in a good way. Good thing we can help you pick the right Avocado!
