Chocoholics will absolutely love these Baileys Irish Cream Brownies. This irish cream brownie recipe gives my King Kong Brownies a run for their money!
While I used Baileys Irish Cream for this recipe, you can use any brand of Irish Cream. I usually have some Baileys on hand as I often use it in recipes like my Baileys Irish Cream Mousse or my Irish Cream Shortbread Cookies.
You can also use whatever type of brownie mix you have on hand as long as it's chocolate. I usually have Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix on hand but you can also use a plain chocolate brownie mix or a fudge chocolate brownie mix.
🥃 Alcohol Warning
If you are wondering, these brownies do not taste like alcohol at all. The Bailey's liqueur just enhanced the flavor of these awesome brownies. But if you are averse to alcohol, please keep that in mind before making this brownie recipe.

Baileys Brownies were a huge hit at the 4th of July cook-out. I would like to make them again, for myself. Question: Do they freeze well?
Chef Rodney
Good question. I've never been in a situation where I needed to freeze brownies as they usually disappear pretty quickly. Since these brownies have a frosting it would be best to freeze before frosting. If that's not an option I would either layer them using wax paper in an airtight container or wrap each brownie in plastic wrap and place them in an airtight container or freezer bag. I don't think freezing will affect the flavor but might change the texture some.

Made these for our St. Patrick's Day dinner. They were delicious.

What size pan.?
Chef Rodney
I used a 9x9 as I wanted a thick brownie. A larger dish will just make the brownies less thick.
