What is Gnocchi
If you’ve never heard of potato gnocchi it’s basically an Italian Pasta made out of mashed potatoes plus a few other ingredients. What I like about using gnocchi is it typically cooks a lot quicker than traditional pasta noodles.
Over the years I’ve made tons of casseroles and bakes and was looking for something a little different to make.
As with most of my recipes, this one is easy to make and will easily serve 4 to 6 hungry people. How can you go wrong with Chicken, Bacon and Cheese?
Recipe Tip
While you can pretty much use any brand of cream cheese, I highly recommend you use Philadelphia brand cream cheese. You will taste the difference.
