There's nothing my spouse likes more than hummus. It's not like I've never made hummus for her before. A few months ago she mentioned that she had this awesome White Hummus from California Pizza Kitchen so I was on a mission to find the best copycat recipe I could find. And here it is.
💭 What is Tahini
Tahini is a Mediterranean condiment made from sesame seeds. It is one of the main ingredients in hummus as well as other Mediterranean recipes like Baba Ganoush.
I like to serve hummus with warmed or toasted pita bread, pita chips or naan bread. But you could also serve this delicious white hummus from CPK with some fresh vegetables like carrots, cucumbers and bell peppers. The possibilities are endless.
💭 Ingredient Substitution
If you don't have any Great Northern bean on hand you can substitute for some Cannellini Beans or Navy Beans. Both make excellent substitutes for this awesome White Hummus recipe from CPK.
