This Copycat Bruschetta recipe from the Cheesecake Factory makes the perfect appetizer for your pasta dinner. Super easy to make!
If you’ve never had to chance to try the Bruschetta from the Cheesecake Factory you don’t know what you are missing. Thanks to this copycat recipe you can now make it at home.
If you are not familiar with bruschetta it’s basically an Italian appetizer that consists of toasted bread with some diced tomatoes and seasonings like olive oil, garlic basil and/or parsley.
While it’s not necessary to chill the tomato mixture in the fridge for an hour before using, I do recommend it. This will give all the ingredients a chance to meld together.

Since the goal of a Copycat Recipe is for it to taste exactly like the original, it’s only natural to rate this recipe against the original. This Copycat recipe rates a solid 8 out of 10 in my opinion.
The Cheesecake Factory is a California based restaurant chain known for having more than 30 flavors of cheesecake. They also offer over 200 delicious savory options.
Italian Parsley and Flat-Leaf Parsley are basically the same thing. Grocery stores may use either name.
