One of my favorite types of side salads is macaroni salad. You all know how much I love making copycat recipes so making this
Copycat KFC Delicious Macaroni Salad was a win-win for me.
EDIT: Several of you were quick to point out that KFC does not offer Macaroni Salad. While not a copycat recipe, it is still a delicious macaroni salad recipe.
When I do eat KFC I usually get their coleslaw. Not sure why. Maybe habit? Well I need to break that habit as their macaroni salad is off the hook. If you haven't had it yet, don't worry. Now you can make it in your very own kitchen.
The great thing about coleslaw recipes is how simple they are to make. Especially a coleslaw like this one that doesn't require you to shred a bunch of cabbage!
