This Copycat recipe of KFC's Coleslaw. A great side dish for those summer BBQ's with the family.
I remember it like it was yesterday. My dad getting a bucket of KFC chicken for dinner. My brother and I always thought it was cool that we were eating dinner out of a bucket. What I don’t recall is ever having their coleslaw. My first recollection of having their coleslaw was in my teens. Since I mostly cook our meals and rarely do takeout, I will admit I have not enjoyed KFC coleslaw very often, so I just had to make this Copycat KFC Coleslaw.
Fast forward to today. I’ve been on a kick to find “copycat” recipes and see if they are really as good as the restaurants they come from. I have to assume that everyone has eaten at KFC at least once in their life but if KFC is foreign to you, make sure you check out their website.
