- Lean Ground Turkey – try to use the leanest ground turkey you can to avoid any excess fat
- Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup – I like to use Campbell’s (no affiliation)
- Condensed Nacho Cheese Soup – or substitute cheddar soup for less heat
- Diced Green Chilies – mild or hot, your choice!
- Corn Tortillas – white or yellow tortillas. Your choice!
- Shredded Colby Jack Cheese – or your favorite melty cheese
How to Make Green Chili Enchilada Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF.
- In a skillet, brown the lean ground turkey. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, cream of chicken soup, nacho cheese soup, green chilies, salt and pepper if desired.
- In a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish, layer 6 tortillas, 1/3 of the meat mixture and 1/3 cheese. ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

- 2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey, browned and drained
- 10 ยฝ oz Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 10 ยพ oz Spicy Nacho Cheese Soup
- 4 oz Green Chilies
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 18 Corn Tortillas, white or yellow
- 16 oz Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
Instructions

This casserole beats all other casseroles that I have made. Very tasty and delicious.
