🥛 Buttermilk Substitution
If you don't have Buttermilk on hand, you can use this trick as a substitute: Add one tablespoon of lemon juice to a measuring cup. Add milk and fill to the 1 cup measurement line. Stir the mixture together and let sit for 5 minutes. Since this recipe calls for 2 cups you will need to adjust accordingly.

🥣 How do I make Buttermilk Pancakes
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Whisk in buttermilk and melted butter. Stir flour mixture into buttermilk mixture until just combined.
Dollop ½ cup of the batter onto a greased skillet. Cook pancakes until bubbles rise to the surface and pop, about 2 minutes. Carefully flip pancakes and cook another 2 minutes.
