This Mango Guacamole is one of my favorite gourmet guacs to make. Aside from my Blue Cheese Guac recipe, this is my go-to guacamole recipe.
The more time I spend in Southern California, the more I love eating Avocados. It wasn't until recently that I've started experimenting with different types of Guacamoles. From the classic guacamole to the more gourmet guacamoles.
This Guacamole definitely falls into the gourmet category. The base ingredients don't deviate too far from your traditional guacamole. This recipe just uses mango instead of tomatoes and salsa.

My mother-in-law has several avocado trees at her house so it's easy for me to pick some up when they are ripe. Plus it's a lot cheaper!

You will need the following ingredients to make this Mango Guacamole: Avocados, Mango, Red Onion, Fresh Cilantro, Kosher Salt and Lime.
🥣 How to Make this Fabulous Mango Guacamole
In a large bowl, mash avocados with a fork until only some chunks remain.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Serve with tortilla chips.
