Whatever it is, this is a super simple chicken dish you can whip together on a weeknight as long as you have 50 minutes to spare while it bakes in the oven.
The original recipe took a slightly different approach for the sauce but I decided to put my spin on it. In the end, the result was a savory, moist chicken dish that you can serve on a bed of rice or noodles or even in a taco!
🐓 How to Handle Raw Chicken
Leave the chicken in the fridge until ready to use.
Be careful of dripping juices. Clean up immediately.
Do not wash raw chicken (prevents cross-contamination).
Wash all utensils and cutting board (if applicable).
If marinating the chicken, make sure you toss the juices before you cook. Don't ever use the juice from the marinade.

This recipe is so easy to make. As I am a single person, I cut this recipe in half.. it turned out perfect and used 2 chicken breasts. They turned out perfect. Very moist and delicious. I had one the first night and reheated the second one the night after for dinner. It was still moist the second night. I will certainly ask this quick dinner again.
