You will need the following ingredients to make this Sour Cream Hash Browns recipe (see recipe card for quantities): Frozen Hash Browns, Yellow Onion, Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Cream of Celery Soup, Salt, Pepper and Corn Flakes.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (except the Corn Flakes) together.
  3. Place the mixture in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Top the hash browns mixture with the crushed Corn Flakes.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
